One very important aspect of my approach to every mediation process is its careful preparation in close collaboration with all parties involved. I focus on investigating and understanding divergent needs and interests. Additionally I take into account all possible implications, risks and oportunities, in order to ultimately assist creatively the parties to reach their own solutions. With a calm and natural attitude, I also take a sensitive and intuitive approach that enables me to consider interpersonal and intercultural implications.
