My work is focused on finding ways for everyday people to improve their lives, their families and their communities by resolving conflict with non-adversarial processes. I explore the potential for mediation, collaborative practices and restorative justice to create opportunities for resolving legal disputes, mending fences, and healing.

ADJUNCT PROFESSOR 2012-2012 Eastern Mennonite University-Center for Justice and Peace Harrisonburg, Virginia Designed and co-taught an on-line course to an international community of graduate students on Restorative Justice. Designed extensive visual components for on-line lectures and discussions with students and leading Restorative Justice Practitioners.
