Jane Gunn is a very experienced mediator Accredited in 1996 (CEDR), and is also one of the leading mediation trainers in the UK. She has recently been made a Mediator Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She specialises in highly emotive and complex cases.
A former city solicitor, Jane is now a full time mediator and is a Lead Faculty on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Mediator Training Course.
With over 10 years experience, Jane has mediated a wide variety of disputes including, business, partnership, employment, property and construction, personal injury and clinical negligence, trusts and family disputes.
Jane has mediated more than 200 commercial cases including complex and multi-party. She specialises in highly emotive and complex cases which involve an understanding of the underlying psychology of dispute as well as analysis of the case itself. She has particular experience in disputes which involve issues of relationship, trust, reputation, professional integrity, family or workplace dynamics

Jane is a Founding Partner of MATA (Mediation and Training Alternatives) and with David Richbell is a Lead Faculty on the Chartered Institute of Mediators Mediation Training Course (considered by many to be the best mediation course in the UK).
