2005: Mediator, Manitoba Human Rights Commission
1995-2005: Contract Mediator for various government departments, including Indian and Northern Affairs, Environment Canada, Canadian Human Rights Commission, Canada Archives.
1995-2000: Volunteer Mediator for Mediation Services, conducting community and court-directed mediation.

Conducted over 150 Mediations in the past 15 years. Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Mediation Services. Chartered Mediator since 2009. Further studies in Labour Relations, Contract Negotiation, Arbitration, Conflict Coaching, Group Facilitation, HR Management and Family Mediation.

Facilitative/Transformative/Narrative. My style is adaptable to the needs of the parties - from what may seem very transactional, to other processes that would be more transformational.
