Carlo Mosca is a mediator specializing in international business. He also has been practicing as lawyer (Treviso bar) since 1983 (JD Bologna; LLM at Queen Mary, London), and occasionally serves as arbitrator in cross-border cases. A member of the board of directors, and one of the certification assessors of the ISCT - Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation (Dayton, OH), he is responsible for the training and development programs of ADR Quadra, one of the leading ADR Italian centers. He qualifies as registered mediator with the Italian Ministry of justice. He trains on ADR topics on a regular basis, and has authored books and articles on the subject.

A CEDR Accredited Mediator (1996), he qualified as a ISCT Certified Transformative Mediator in 2012.

President of Agenda ADR 2020-30, and of AMT - the Italian association of transformative mediators.

Since 1996, Carlo has mediated hundreds of cases, from purely commercial to person injuries.

Carlo considers mediation as a unique opportunity for the parties involved to definitely having “voice & choice”, and his intervention as mediator is focused on supporting the party decision-making process without undermining the basic principle of self-determination.
