Mister Weiss has been rated as a skilled and empathetic mediator by parties for whom he acted as a mediator. The feedback forms show a consistent report in recommending David as a mediator. Mister Weiss was described as a focused, productive and effective mediator who treated all parties equally during the entire mediation. A wide range of mediation skills have emerged from feedbacks and in particular, frequent mention was made of David Weiss being a good listener, that he is friendly but can be firm where needed. His thorough and careful attention towards all needs and interests involved was reported as assisting considerably to address sensitive issues and have them resolved.
