Enda Young is a negotiation, leadership, mediation, and conflict resolution specialist with over twenty-five years of experience as a practitioner and in delivering training, talks and lectures. He specialises in helping people get better at dealing with conflict and in supporting organisations and leaders through negotiations.
Enda is the Founder and CEO of the Centre for Negotiation and Leadership, a tutor on the Programme on Negotiation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Adjunct Teaching Fellow and Programme Director at Trinity Business School, Dublin, and Faculty Director of the Certified International Negotiator (CIN™)programme in Singapore. He previously served as Managing Director of Mediation Northern Ireland and Programme Director at the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s University Belfast.”
Enda holds an MA in “Theory, Culture and Identity” and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast. He has been trained at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University and at the Rotary Peace Fellowship Programme at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. He is a certificated mediator with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Mediators' Institute of Ireland (MII), an accredited Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I have trained hundreds of mediators in Open College Network (OCN) qualifications in mediation and conflict resolution. I have facilitated multiple Training of Trainings (TOT) courses focused on mediation and mentoring and I have designed and delivered thousands of hours of accredited and non-accredited training in mediation and negotiation training nationally and internationally.
I have delivered lectures and training for the University of Durham, Queens’ University Belfast, Ulster University and Trinity College Dublin.
I have spoken at many conferences and I have worked with a wide variety of organisations and businesses both locally and internationally including in: the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Thailand, Brazil, Romania, Turkey, Canada and the United States.
I have worked with some of the world’s largest companies and international NGO’s such as the United Nations Development Programme and the World Health Organisation. I also regulatory delivery week long advanced negotiation and mediation training in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur.
