Ms Brandt is consistently rated at the highest level by parties for whom she has acted as a mediator. All of those submitting evaluations would recommend Ms Brandt as a mediator and would be willing to use her as a mediator in the future. In general, a very high degree of satisfaction was reported.
Ms Brandt was particularly recognized as having carefully explained the process and having established a productive, trusting working relationship with all parties. She engaged with all of them. She helped the parties get beyond the initial articulation of the issues to explore interests. Parties reported that Ms, Brandt was perceived as having treated all sides fairly and impartially. One party commented that she was patient. Another commented: “she was able to look deeper into the situation and come to a solution for both parties.”
