Jerry Hoover serves as a neutral party Mediator in all types of complex civil disputes including commercial, construction, employment, insurance, energy and environmental cases. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association's National Roster of Neutrals serving on its panel of Mediators and as an Arbitrator on its large, complex case panel, and its commercial and construction panels. He is a Member of the FINRA Dispute Resolution Board of Arbitrators, as well as an approved Mediator for FINRA, formerly NASD Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Hoover has over 35 years experience as a practicing attorney and over 20 years experience in the alternative dispute resolution area, as well as practical experience in business matters including commercial banking, energy and the construction industry.
Mr. Hoover has mediated over 4,000 cases in the past 15 years, and arbitrated over 150 cases to Award in the same time frame. Mr. Hoover's combined legal and business background gives him a unique advantage in mediating complex commercial, construction, employment, energy and environmental related disputes.
