Lilia is an experienced international private and civil law as well as insurance and reinsurance law practitioner, attorney at law. With over 25 years experience both as in-house counsel and in private practice she has also employed mediation tools over a decade in a variety of fields.
Lilia regularly mediates a wide variety of disputes relating to insurance and reinsurance, corporate and civil law cases, divorce and family disputes, labor and employment, anti-trust, bancruptcy and other areas.

Lilia is graduated (Hons) from Moscow State Institute for International Relations (University) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, International Law Department, Specializations: International Law and Foreign Languages.
She has made her PhD. jur. degree (dissertation) on the topic: “Legal background and models of environmental impact liability insurance – comparative legal analysis (USA, UK, Germany, France, Russia)” at the same Alma-Mater, Private International and Civil Law Department.

Lilia has done a lot of teaching in international private law, in insurance and reinsurance law and practice, leading seminars and coaching lawyers in a number of legal disciplines; she has also mentored lawyers and business practitioners and continue to do so on a regular basis throughout my whole career.
Lilia was a member of qualification seminar of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators which took place in Astana (Kazakhstan).
