Feedback digest
This Feedback Digest is based on seven (7) feedbacks in five (5) mediations initially submitted in May 2009. Ms. Daminiakis has been consistently rated at Performance Level 5 by parties for whom she has acted as mediator. All feedbacks reviewed referred to either divorce or family mediation cases that had been successfully completed , with one involving a division of businesses. All participants said they would recommend Ms. Daminiakis as a mediator, all indicated they would use her again and all were willing to provide her with a reference. Ms. Daminiakis sets a safe and comfortable atmosphere in her mediation work as borne out by comments describing her as personable, kind, careful and sensitive. She was described as being able to keep things simple, while at the same being forthright and honest, both in the mediation process and in her approach to billing. She was described by the majority as being highly professional in her approach. The feedbacks describe mediations that were conducted with a high degree of skill. Ms. Daminiakis was described as being someone who is a good listener, is non-judgmental, is able to keep things on track and is able to encourage participants to take responsibility for creating their own solutions. She was described as being fair, impartial, knowledgeable and wise. The feedbacks reviewed disclosed no negative comments.
