When I worked as Deputy Commercial Director and Operational Manager on a compatible basis at the largest manufacturing plant of microbiological preparations in Eastern Europe, I had to cope with an enormous amount of conflicts between managers, clients, dealers, manufacturers, marketers, accountants, and lawyers in different combinations.

I started spending 50-70% of the time working through the above-named conflicts. That was exhausting, so I looked for a more efficient way of conflict resolution. And then I was lucky to participate in a mediation process, which was a game-changing experience for me! I desired to be able to do what the mediator did!

So I participated in my first mediation training and started to apply my new skills at work, and the result was amazing. I spent less time, made fewer concessions in negotiation, and parties were more satisfied. Then I took my next mediation training, and in 2023 I became a full-time business mediator.

Then I understood how much family conflicts can influence business, so I obtained a family mediation qualification. Now serve as a business, a family, and an international IMI Qualified mediator.
