Treasa Kenny has over 35 years experience working in organisations ranging across the public, education, voluntary and private sectors. She has worked in small, medium and large scale environments in England, Ireland, India and Pakistan. Treasa designs and delivers conflict management systems programmes for organizations including Dignity at Work; Support Contact Person Skills and Investigation Skills. She works as both an academic in Maynooth University and a mediator when conflict issues arise in organisations.

I have been involved in organisational and workplace mediation since 2002. My work has involved me in conducting mediations across a range of organisations in the private, public and education sectors. These mediations have varied from two party to multi party of up to 10 people.

Working in an open way with parties within clear parameters of an agreement to mediate. Joint mediation sessions with use of shuttle caucus.
