by UNCITRAL, the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI) as a side event on mediation at the occasion of the forthcoming session of the UNCITRAL Working Group on Arbitration and Conciliation. Participation is free of charge.

- How to reconcile the flexible nature of international mediation with formal requirements of enforcement procedure ?
