Parties and counsel who have used Jeffrey Davis would overwhelmingly use his services again and would, without hesitation, recommend him to others. Typical of the comments reflecting Mr. Davis’ acceptability are: (i) Mr. Davis has a good reputation and experience as a litigator; (ii) Jeff was persistent and professional through the process; (iii) He handled a tough case with difficult parties, running on high emotion, very well. I will definitely use him again. In fact, I have already recommended him to others. Jeff is one of the best; and (iv) I have used Jeff for mediations for years. He is effective and very good with clients. Mr. Davis’ mediation skills and abilities are rated as highly effective. Typical of feedback received in this regard are: (i) Mr. Davis’ expertise as a litigator and knowledge of construction litigation made a decisive difference in the outcome; (ii) He had the ability to focus on the critical issues and communicate well with the parties; (iii) He kept the parties moving forward; and (iv) He continued to keep the parties talking and had a good determination to reach a settlement. Mr. Davis is also highly regarded for his ability to effect a positive outcome. For example, one provider of feedback noted that in a case involving “wild” personalities and heated family dynamics, Mr. Davis was patient and was able to communicate effectively with all parties involved. He was a quick evaulator of strengths and weaknesses of the case. He stuck to it and settled a case that was expected to go to trial. Costs were widely reported as reasonable in the context of the value of the disputes mediated by Mr. Davis, and in general a very high degree of satisfaction was reported. No reportable negative comments have been received since Mr. Davis’ designation as an IMI Certified Mediator.
