Mediation International
Mediation Profile

From an early age, I developed an internationalist perspective that has inspired my empowering neutrality approach to Negotiation and Mediation. My approach focuses on fostering cooperation rather than influencing outcomes by using empowering neutrality to power the alternative dispute resolution process, enabling parties in dispute to be in control of the outcome.

I specialize in Online Dispute Resolution focused on Negotiation and Mediation. I am the first International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator via Certified Mediator Training Program (CMTP), Mediation International, am qualified for recognition as an IMI Certified Mediator via Qualifying Assessment Program (QAP), Mediation International, am a Member of the IMI Young Mediators’ Initiative (YMI), and have completed the assessment and, therefore, training requirement, for IMI Online Mediator Specialization via IMI Qualifying Assessment Program (QAP) Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos (ICFML) via ODR Foundations.
