The IMI board is composed of representatives of leading ADR organisations such as AAA-ICDR, SMC, JAMS, ICC, CEDR, exceptional mediation professionals such as our newly elected Chair and Vice-Chair, lawyers who are strong advocates for mediation, as is our current Chair, and a select number of users – corporate counsel. Together, we all contribute to our collective vision of consensus building and improved access to justice, through professional mediation.’
